our successes, lessons and conclusions In the summer of 2019, we at SendPulse launched a service for creating chatbots. When the service had its first users with working chatbots, we decided to organize an event - a one-day seminar with case studies and a practical master class “Facebook chatbot/Start” . The tasks were as follows: to show a tool for creating a chatbot for Facebook, get feedback on what needs to be improved and finalized, and also create an information feed to talk about the new tool on the Internet.
In the first part, our speaker talks about the service, and invited users share USA Phone Number List their cases. In the second part, at the master class, participants try to create their own chatbot. Content: Preparation: choosing a venue, searching for cases and attracting participants We had several cases, a whole list of tasks and only a month to prepare. First of all, we approved the venue so that, based on the number of seats, we could consider the number of participants, moderators and calculate the coffee break.
Having approved the venue, we began searching for those who could talk about their cases implemented on our platform. There were three such brave souls. The functionality at that time was only two months old, and we had already collected three successful cases for the seminar! It was cool and inspiring to engage in participation. Next, we started laying out the landing page and thought through a registration system for the event. The landing page was developed based on our template for events. This template is a great time saver if you often hold events: Landing page for a case seminar on the SendPulse website Since we were going to talk about chatbots,
