These are rules of battle, they help regulate fair, fun play when Battling other members.
1. No God-modding
God-Modding is the act of giving your character god like powers while battling. Taking no damage, dodging every hit, firing un-dodgable attacks, and having every attack hit in perfect succession is god-modding, and it results in a verbal warning. It may escalate into a ban, though.
2. T1 format
Every battle is fought in T1 format, meaning no one hit will automatically hit the enemy, unless the enemy has no way of blocking, dodging, or countering, OR if you are countering an attack.
3. Avoid arguments
Please, don't try to start something over an online fan-site like this. If a disagreement does spark up, please solve it through P.M.'s, or if it is too hard for you to work out together, THEN come to an admin/mod, We'll help you.
4. Simmer Down
A lot of people complain that "I can't win!" or "It's too hard!" Well, then there is only two things I can tell you. Get better or leave. If you can't beat someone, consider two things:
1. They may be on a higher level of RP then you are, and you may just be too easy for them. Easily solved with practice and experience.
2. Is the character your using good enough to beat the one your fighting? No, really, are you fighting with Chi-Chi against Cell? Or are you fighting a much fairer match? Easily solved with training.
5. Rush attacks
Rush attacks are abilities which are pretty much long, powerful combos. What happens in a Rush, is that the fight is executed in parts. Lets say part 1 is a big punch barrage. Well, you'd post that part, and if the enemy dodges/Blocks,(You cannot counter a rush attack) then the attack failed. However, if the attack hit, then there is no stopping the rest.(UNLESS the rush is broken down into levels.(EXAMPLE: Swift attack levels) then each start of the level would count as a new Rush, meaning the first attack of it would basically be a chance for the enemy to dodge/Block it.)*I emphasis the use of a beam or energy attack to immobilize the target first*
6. energy attacks
As you may know, one must charge a beam before firing it. this is the wrong way to interpret beams:
Goku punched the man in the chest, and the stuck out his arms and fired a Kamehameha.
This would count as god-modding. you must spend at least one post(INCLUDING in training) charging your beam. Stronger beams take longer to charge, so please be fair with it. You may be asked to shorten/increase the duration of time you spend charging for certain beams. Also, certain characters charge faster then others, so as an example, Goku would charge faster then Raditz.*THESE RULES APPLY FOR EVERY ENERGY-BASED ATTACK, However, if it is at the end of a rush, you only have to charge for one post, no matter what.*
