Frequently asked questions that i have considered creating/answering, or any others that people may commonly ask. DO NOT ask for help on something that is in the F.A.Q., I do consider it spam, since you obviously haven't read it.
1. what is the plot of this RP?

the plot is centered around the resurrection of both the good and bad of the DBZ universe, and the world went back to being the way it "was". The story will progress in Arcs(Or Sagas) which the main plot will rest on. Does this mean everything HAS to be related to the plot? Absolutely not. Of course, all main plot decisions will be made by all members and their characters' actions, however each character has their own path to take, and that's what makes Role Playing amazing.
2. I am just starting Dragon Ball/Z/GT, and I don't know all of the characters yet...what should I do?
Well, I do recommend that you get caught up in the story and have a good knowledge of DBZ. Either by watching the anime or reading the manga, it's up to you. however, It is much faster if you read about each story saga on Dragon ball wiki, it's much faster and sometimes a bit less-confusing then the anime/manga can be.

4. How do I get a dragon ball?
You can only get a dragon ball with a Dragon Ball Radar. The ONLY way to get one is to buy it, so I'm no expecting too many people to obtain them.

5. What happens if I do find one?
Report it to a Mod or Admin at once, we will check your thread, and then put your name on the list of dragon balls.
6. What does it mean when it says THE EXISTENCE OF DRAGON BALLS ON NAMEK HAS NOT YET BEEN CONFIRMED?
It Basically means that at this time, you cannot obtain dragon balls from planet namek.
7. Can I steal/take a Dragon Ball from someone else?
Yes, you may. However, you should expect a fight if you do and you are caught.
8. Can I Create a new Super Saiyan form?
No.
9. Will eating a Senzu bean completely heal me?
No. It will however tremendously heal you, so I'd say about half-way.
10. Can I Create Dragon Balls?
Yes, but only if you are a Namekian with a power level greater then 8000. Then, P.M. and ADMIN, and we will decide whether to allow it or not.
11. Can there be more then one set of Dragon Balls per planet?
No.
12. How do I travel between planets?
Only two ways to travel between planets:
- Learn the Instant Transmission Technique
- get a spaceship
And with a space-ship, your character will have to wait a while before landing down on the selected planet.
13. How does the Worm-Hole work?
Planets inside the Worm-Hole cannot be instant Transmission'd to. You must be sucked into the worm hole, and there, you can go to three planets:
-Earth
-Namek
-Planet vegeta
Each are from different time-periods, and with each one, you and your characters can view past events(Like Gohan vs. cell and Bardock trying to stop Freiza). It is a great way to learn from some characters, and if a character had gotten older since the event, the character(s) at the event are the age that they where when the event happened.
14. How does Korin's Tower work?
Korin's tower is a very tall tower that one must climb up without the aid of anyone or thing. When one does, he/she must face Korin's Test. If that character passes, they can drink the Divine Water, and increase their power level by 800 points. (Each character is only allowed ONE drink, even though the water isn't what makes one stronger...)
15. Can a custom character fuse with a cannon character?
No.
16. How do I get money?
Well, there are a lot of different ways. one way is winning tournaments, they usually have prize money. Another way is to wish money from Shenron/Porunga. The last way is to run errands or complete missions from people. If Someone wants you to do a mission for them, they will have a thread with:
~MISSION~
Next to the name of the thread.
there, they will specify their mission
17. What are the restrictions of wishing with the D-balls?
Limits that you CANNOT Wish for:
-Immortallity
-Zeni over 4000
-Kill a certain Person(s)
-Gain an ability that is for a certain character only
-more wishes
-Infinite use of the dragon balls
-An increase in your power-level of over 500 points
-A Dragon Ball Radar

18. How do you make missions?
For starters, you must come up with a task. the task cannot be too far-fetched(EXAMPLE: Kill certain character) and you must be willing to give a reward. After Deciding what the reward will be, you must make sure you have said reward to give. Then, make a thread detailing your mission and put This:

Next to the normal name of a thread. You may have more then one person do the mission, but if more then one person completes it, you must have enough of the reward to give BOTH of them.
19. Can I sell/give items?
Yes, ask and admin/mod to do the transaction for you.
20. Why is the character Broly off-limits?
Broly is off limits because he is too powerful. Eventually, I will open him up to the first person who asks to use him.
21. Do Cannon characters have to start out with a 1000 power level?
No, They start(AND STAY) with whatever power-level they actually have.
22. Can I suggest ideas for the story?
Certainly, if you have an idea of an arc or even a side-story, feel free to p.m. me and if I like it, it'll be added.
23. What happens if I die?
When you die, your character is automatically transported to the check-in station. There, depending on your actions, your are either damned to hell or freed to heaven where your character will stay unless revived.(You CAN Role Play there) If you are condemned to hell, then you will constantly be bombarded by battlers and the like. However, if one has a high enough power level, you may leave by either breaking out of hell, or calling a Kai to transport you out of heaven.
24. How do I kill another character?
There are lots of ways to take the life of another character. The most common is to beat the life out of them. However, if you hit a character with a special attack that is two times the power level of the target, your target dies on contact. If you hit them with an instant-finisher, you kill them automatically. Obviously, you can also kill with weapons. there are many more ways-too many-to kill another character and I cannot list every single one.
25. How do I get revived?
Only one way-The Dragon Balls. AND This only works if your body is intact from death. If another character(Also, It has to be the character of another member. You cannot bring your character back with another one of your characters) wishes you back, then you are instantly transported to the same location the person wished you from. If you revive someone, then you must send them a P.M. saying that you revived him/her.
26. How do I Break out/be transported back?
Well, if your power level is over 4000, and you can talk freely with any one of the Kais, then they'd be happy to lend you their help and bring you to the Grand Kai's Planet, where you would have to travel across snake way and go back through the check-in station, then your transported back to Kami's Lookout.
If you want to break out of hell, then you'd need to be stronger then the Hell guards(Each are about 6000 in power levels) and beat two of them to get a clear shot at zooming back up to snake way. From there, you'd have to travel across the snake way and leave the check-in station, afterward you are transported to the Fry-Pan mountain.
27. How can I get in touch with a Kai?
You would have to train with one of them, and then after training, they may trust you enough to allow you to freely talk to them telepathically.(Must know the Telepathy technique first)
28. Is there a limit to resurrections/transportations?
Yes. Once you are brought back with one set of dragon balls, you cannot be revived by the same set again. You may only break out of hell twice, any more tries and the guards will eradicate you from all of existance. And you may only be transported back 3 times, the Kais will refuse any more requests because it may disrupt the balance of nature.
29. What if I have a cannon character, but not all of his/her attacks are listed in the archives?
Then make a custom powers thread and list the ones that are missing. I know I am probably missing a few, but I can't spend forever on the powers. At least, not until I get a staff....
30. Can I make a mission that hands out Power Level Points as a reward?
ONLY If you P.M. me the mission. If I approve it, you can(For a reasonable amount) Otherwise, no.
31. How do I join one of the schools?
Each school has it's own requirements for joining, those requirements could be anything.
32. Can I make my own school?
Yes, if you are:
- World-renowned
- Have a power level of over 5000
- have a custom-made "signature" skill that could be taught at the school
- An active member(We don't want people joining a school to have the master on the site only once a month...
When you do, you have the title of "Master".
